Will we see our yearbook before it is printed?

Yes. For all yearbook packages, we will the school a PDF proof to check before production. This allows the organiser to check all the information is correct prior to production, we are unable to go to production without this approval.

What should we check on our yearbook proof?

Your school should carefully review the entire yearbook before approving it for print. We recommend checking pupil or student names, profile content, photographs, page headings, staff messages and other supplied content, as well as making sure nothing appears to be missing.

Can we make changes to the yearbook proof?

Yes. Primary-school customers can check the PDF proof for errors and make minor changes before providing written approval for production.

What happens after we approve our school yearbook?

Once your school has approved the final yearbook proof, the project moves into production. At this point, the approved artwork is used to produce the finished yearbooks in the format and specification selected for your project and deliveried on the requested delivery date.

Where are our school yearbooks printed?

All of our school yearbooks are printed in-house in the UK. Keeping yearbook production in-house means the printing and production of your finished books is handled directly by our team.

How will our finished yearbooks be delivered?

our finished yearbooks are produced as a bulk order and delivered directly to your school, ready for your school to distribute.
