Contact us, your adviser will talk you through the process, organise a suitable timeline and supply the resources you need to get started.
Choose your design style from our range of templates.
Choose your student profile questions from our examples or your own suggestions, speak to your adviser for advice on collecting them in as hard copies or online.
Collect the individual profile entries and photos.
Review the checklist for any other introduction, montage or feature pages..
Advertise the book (we can help you with this by supplying posters and a personalised presentation) and collect payment. Ask your adviser for assistance with this.
Submit your content to us, as discussed with your adviser.
We will design, print and bind your books (sending a digital proof copy for approval prior to production.)

Secondary school yearbook prices depend on the package, format and specification chosen. Essential is £19 softback or £23 hardback with a minimum order of 50; Premium pricing varies by quantity and specification and itypically £14–£32 per book depending on specification.

The best yearbook package depends on your budget, preferred format, required level of customisation and how much of the content-management process your school wants to handle.
Essential provides additional format and content options; Premium provides greater flexibility over design, pages, profile layouts and cover formats.

Yes. Hardback yearbooks are available within the current secondary range. Essential offers a laminated hardback option, while Premium can include laminated or leatherette hardback covers.

The number of pages depends on the size of the year group, number of profiles and amount of additional content.

The number of profiles per page depends on the package and layout selected. The current Essential package uses 12 profiles per page, while Premium allows between one and 15 profiles per page.

Secondary school yearbooks can combine student profiles with introductions, staff messages, photographs, awards, features, personal messages and other content. The exact content available depends on the package chosen.

Yes. Schools can choose from Wave Ed's range of yearbook designs, including options for covers, profiles, awards, photo montages, features and formats. Premium customers can also specify a bespoke design.
