Our standard primary yearbook format is A5 landscape, soft back, which represents superb value for money and gives plenty of space to record memories of pupils’ primary school years.

How to order Your Primary School Yearbook

SIMPLE ORDERING PROCEDURES ADD TO OUR SUPERB QUALITY AND EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY!

  1. Contact us, your yearbook adviser will talk you through the process, organise a suitable timeline and supply the resources you need to get started.

  2. Choose your primary school yearbook design style from our range of templates.

  3. Choose your student profile questions from our examples, or your own suggestions, speak to your adviser for advice on collecting them in as hard copies or online.

  4. Collect the individual profile entries and photos.

  5. Review the checklist for any other introduction, montage or feature pages..

  6. Advertise the book (we can help you with this by supplying posters and a personalised presentation) and collect payment. Ask your adviser for assistance with this.

  7. Submit your content to us, as discussed with your adviser.

  8. We will design, print and bind your yearbooks (sending a digital proof copy for approval prior to production.)

Primary School yearbooks - FAQ

  • Primary school yearbooks currently start from £12 per book for orders of 40 or more. Orders of 25–39 books are currently £14.50 per book, with a minimum order of 25 books

  • The current minimum order for the standard Primary School Yearbook package is 25 books.

  • The standard Primary School Yearbook is A5 landscape with a softback, perfect-bound cover. This format is designed to provide space for pupil profiles, photographs, messages and feature page

  • The standard Primary School Yearbook includes four student profiles per page. The overall number of profile pages therefore depends on the number of pupils being included

  • A Year 6 yearbook can include pupil profiles, headteacher and class-teacher messages, photographs, awards and feature pages. The current standard package includes up to 12 photo montage or feature pages, as well as 'News' and 'Back in the Day' pages.

  • Yes. Schools can select designs for their yearbook cover, profiles, montages and feature pages. A bespoke design option is also currently available for an additional £3 per book.

  • No. Wave Ed designs, prints and binds the standard Primary School Yearbook for you. Your school collects and supplies the required pupil profiles, photographs and other content, and Wave Ed sends a digital proof for approval before production

  • Yes. Wave Ed sends a PDF proof for the school to check before production. The school can check for errors and make minor changes before providing written approval for printing

  • Once complete content has been handed over, the current primary-school guidance allows up to seven working days for initial design, typically five to ten working days for checking, amendments and re-proofing, and up to 10 working days for production after written approval. The website notes that artwork and production can take longer during busy periods such as June and July.
